Rates Includes :

•	Rates are quoted nett inclusive of all taxes.
•	No Government tax is applicable on Langkawi Island
•	Room Rates are quoted for single or double occupancy inclusive of room and breakfast.
•	Rates for Extra bed is quoted with buffet breakfast and rollaway bed.
•	All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.

Terms & Conditions :

•	Extra Bed/Roll away bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM80.00 nett per bed per night for adult and RM50.00 nett per bed per night for child.
•	Extra bed is quoted with buffet breakfast and rollaway bed.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Airport and Jetty transfers can be arranged with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly (individually or group).
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.
•	Foreign currency will be converted at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rate.
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed.
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY & CHARGES :

PERIOD A & B

One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 09 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

PERIOD B & C

Any cancellation within 32 days to arrival, a one night cancellation charges will be imposed for each room not taken up or cancelled.

Any cancellation within 23 days to arrival, a cancellation charges equivalent to full length stay will be imposed for each room not taken up or cancelled.

COMPULSORY CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR EVE DINNERS

All guests staying over Christmas & New Year Eve on 24 December and 31 December respectively, are required to participate in our Eve Dinners as follows :

Chrismas Eve’s Dinner

Adult is chargeable at RM275.00 per adult
Child is chargeable at RM137.50 per child
(Child is from 3 to 12 years old)

New Year’s Eve Dinner

Adult is chargeable at RM385.00 per adult
Child is chargeable at RM192.50 per child
(Child is from 3 to 12 years old)
